One of my professional mentors in network marketing and personal development has taught me the top secrets to survive in the home business marketing arena, and how to overcome the biggest mistakes a newbee marketer makes in their first year in business. I began to realize the power of 100 percent growth through his teachings.

First let me go back to the year 2005 when I was first introduced to the business of free enterprise. I got involved in a network marketing business where I thought that making money was as easy as picking it off the money tree in my back yard. Boy was I in for a wake up call real fast. I learned that it was more then just a fancy website and automatic auto responders. I worked real hard at trying to figure out what all the other top gurus were doing on the net that I had no time on developing my own strategy for success.

Lets fast forward now to the year 2007 where I got started in a top tier direct sales company where failure was not even an option for me. I met a really cool guy from Texas that took me under his wing and showed me the exact way and formula to succeed in the network marketing business. He taught me what I thought would take me years to overcome something that by studying the basics with the right amount of effort and a few simple marketing 101 concepts, that showed me how to do it in as little as a months time. I began to realize the power a pay it forward method that has helped me down the path towards financial freedom that with the proper training I was able to build a successful business for myself from home.

I was at a grocery store one day and realized that the person that was bagging my groceries that should have been a teenager I noticed was a man almost twice my age. I started asking him questions while he was bagging my groceries and got him to tell me a few things about himself. His name was Jack and he was 72 years of age. He has to bag groceries because he can’t afford to pay the bills on his $1,000 a month pension alone. Now I knew that at the age of 34 in order for me to be different and to build wealth it would take alot more then just a monthly pension check and to account in inflation that I needed to follow my mentors direction and work really hard at it. I quickly learned to build a successful business you first need to have a coach who will have a strong interest in my ability to follow the directions needed in order to get what I truly want out of life. Second I found out that the product or services that I am offering to people is something of real value and that can help people achieve their financial dreams.

There are four steps in order to make your dreams a reality.

* Make a clear specific goal for yourself

* Visualize yourself attaining it

* Take Action and go out and do it!

* Don’t visualize yourself bagging groceries at the age of 72

I am not saying for you to go out and fire your boss today and quit your job. Most people wish for more money and they go out on a Friday night and spend half their paycheck on a lottery ticket and think that money will just fall from the sky. Just imagining what a little hard work can do for yourself and believe me the Law of Attraction will take care of most of the hard work for you if you just follow the system that I just outlined for you above. There is no easy picnic in life just go out and take control of your life and start a business from home, if your already an entrepreneur then you have what it takes to make it to the next level of success.

I learned in the home business networking enterprise in order to position yourself for success you have to keep yourself ahead of the trend and by doing so you will be able to dominate yourself in your business online.

The way to do this is you need to position yourself and brand yourself first before any thought that goes into marketing your companies products and services. The people who make the most money in the direct sales industry know the secret of branding yourself first for 100 percent growth. In order to do this you need to be in social networks and learn how to brand yourself in the web 2.0 industry.

Myspace and Youtube is a powerful way to promote yourself online also there are a handful of other social networks that are now in pre launch online. You have to remember to be professional and DO NOT sell your business or service on that web page, that turns people off it’s about value and making friends and building relationships first then your business comes after that. It’s all about getting traffic to your profile on MySpace. I recommend a program out there called MySpace Friend Blaster. Google it and you’ll find it. It’s a very inexpensive piece of software that allows you to add 100’s of friends a day on autopilot.

Make friends and build relationships with everyone and continue that process over and over till you have so many leads that you will need to hire someone to manage your list. This is how you can use the power of the internet and social networks to build your MLM or direct sales company.

Do you talk negative all the time, and never see anything good happen to you? Do you blame the circumstances? Do you blame others? Do you blame the children? Do you blame the dog? What has your conversation been filled with? Words of Fear? or Words of Faith?

We have met many people in life, who talk trash. I have learned to change how i say things over the years and it has changed my circumstances around? Why! Because it has changed me, it changed my stinking thinking, it changed my bad attitude, it changed how i look at people in life, it changed my know it all attitude.

Here are some bible verses that we have applied in our lives and they have worked for us.

• Job 22:28 What you decide on will be done, and light will shine on your ways.
• Proverbs 12:18 Reckless words pierce like a sword, but the tongue of the wise brings healing.

• Proverbs 16:24 Pleasant words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones
• Proverbs 18:7 A fool’s mouth is his or her’s undoing, and his or her lips are a snare to their soul.

We all do not like change! That is why we do not like help in life, or ministry, or business,or social network marketing. We like to say what we want! Do what we want!

Many years ago i use to talk bad language all the time, it did not get me anywhere in life. People liked me but got tired of my dirty mouth, and told me so!

I learned that my words was destroying my world, my family, my friends and my life! You can make the changes, for you were created for a purpose.

The first step to generating free leads from the social community sites like My Space, Direct Matches and Wowzza to name a few, is by making a presence, a good solid and positive presence. You’ll want to set yourself up with a professional looking profile on several of the social community sites. However, don’t clutter your page and lose your message. Caution… leave the sales pitch for your website- not your social pages!

Set a daily target of how many people you will contact. You want to be selective on who you invite into your circle to begin with - My motto is Quality over Quantity and this is true here. After all, YOU are your own CEO! Amassing friends just for the sake of numbers may look impressive on your profile, but random friend adding only results in inbox clutter and more inbox clutter robs you of precious time. Jot down some criteria for a friend and only add people who meet that criteria. Don’t be afraid to delete a friend if you find yourself being spammed or deluged with crazy mails.

Where I like to begin my search is to find the new people who have just come online to the particular site I’m on. Then you will want to drop them a brief note to say “Hi,”; introduce yourself briefly and show some interest and concern in what they are involved with. Make each email very simple and practice K.I.S.S. (keep it simple and sweet.) Once they respond to you… Ta-Da - there is your first free lead! Now wait; before you hit the ground running - this DOES NOT give you permission to start spamming them however. This is the beginning of hopefully a long relationship, do that over and over again and you’ll get faster as you go along.

If you are a great content provider then you will get sizzling leads from social networking sites. Never include anything less than great information, information that can improve the lives of your readers. Remember that today is an information hungry society, so feed them with what they want. If you prove your credibility as a quality content provider, people will start subscribing to your lists and responding to your offers. The trick with providing free content is to give useful information. Give your readers some information but not so much that there is nothing left for the imagination.

Another hangout for you to generate your own leads and build relationships are the forums and groups inside each social community site. Start with one community and search through the groups and forums you have special interests in. Being a contributing member of that community, building a level of trust and inviting others directly or indirectly to your site, making friends and proving your value to the community; people will naturally be curious and want to see what you are about and who you are.

The uses of blogging on your profile pages on these sites has increased over time and proven to be a very valuable resource in free lead and traffic generation. A blog is basically an online journal where you can post your thoughts, observations and comments about a particular topic called posts and adding to them on a regular basis. Today many blogs are used for a variety of purposes. Businesses are starting to use blogs as a way to provide information about their products and services. Often, blogging is a way for you the individual to post a comment on a particular item or subject. Sometimes one simple post can lead to a flood of additional comments that can lead the readers back to your site or profile.

So if you want to get more exposure for your products and services using the social communities you should seriously consider using videos as part of your marketing campaign. As You Tube is still relatively new it’s one of the easiest ways to generate a constant stream of free traffic and leads on the internet and you can start using it immediately. One of the best features allows users to easily embed videos on HTML pages, like your profile page, it is extremely useful if you want to add extra content and make it more interactive so that visitors can listen to a message rather than just read text that will keep people on your website longer.

My wife and I Have been in full time missionary work since 1994.  We have met many people from many countries and have witnessed that people are the same in many areas of life.  One area that has stood out to us over the years, is the fact that most people do not know how to use their own words in life to put them over.  Many people in many different countries talk defeat, talk negative, talk lack, talk failure. “You spoke it and You got it.”

You as a person cannot continue to say anything and expect success to manifest in your life.  Do you say one thing but you do another thing with your actions.  Your actions, thoughts, and your words, must be in line with each other.  Everything working together for you, instead of working against you.  Your own words can work for you or can work against you.  You as an individual are responsible for what you say and how you say it.

Your very own words can change your situation around, no matter how difficult it may seem to be.  You have to make a decision first.  (Decide to do the following).

1.  You will not tolerate or accept defeat any longer in your life.

2.  You will not give in to the circumstances any longer.

3.  You will fine the solution to the problem.

4.  You will rise above your circumstances, (no matter what comes your way).

5.  You will not QUIT.

6.  You will not run away anymore.

7.  You will not cave in.

8.  You will not surrender.

9.  You will not breakdown.

10. You are a WINNER.

Settle this decision in your mind and heart, work on this as your personal confession day and night. Renew your mind with new thoughts, think on good things. Take notice of what words come out of your mouth in everyday life. Train yourself to stop speaking trash and start speaking good things. 

First of all start with yourself, do not condemn yourself anymore and stop looking down on yourself. You can be the best person in life, if you choose to be and no one can make this choice for you.  You have been created by God for a purpose and a wonderful plan.  No one else in life can carry out your purpose and plan.  There is something in life only you can do. 

Make a decision right now, that you will take note of what has been coming out of your mouth.  You will not rob yourself of a good future any more.  Your words and how you use them in life, can make a difference between life and death.  Only you can make the choice to change what you say in life, no one can make it for you. 

Make a solid decision right now to go forward! What you “say” is what you will do.

Here is something to help you get started:

I will not tolerate my circumstances anymore.  I will rise above my circumstances.  I will make a difference in life.  I will not quit.  I will not give up.  I will not go back to my past.  I will go forward.  I am a winner.

Now, I am not at all an advocate for marketing Christ or Christianity. He calls us to follow Him and we either do it or we don’t. However, as I step into this world of business, I can’t help but see that there are indeed many parallels between a successful business mindset and a successful walk with God.

The word of God says that His people perish for a lack of vision, or as it comes across in other languages and translations, for a lack of vision the people are unbridled (lawless or goal-less). Is it not the goals and visions that we have before us, which continue to motivate us to press on? Even in the light of disappointment, and failures, our visions, dreams and goals keep us going and don’t allow us to give up. We learn from our mistakes and making adjustments, we move forward. We learn to go from victory to victory, knowing there is a reward, even if we do not yet see it.

Is there a general heart and mind set of the great majority that keeps them from success? Is this the reason that Jesus said things like “many are called but few are chosen”, or “broad is the way that leads to destruction, and many there be which go therein”? Will many be lost, or not reach the high calling of God that we have in Christ Jesus, for the same reasons that one may not attain to his or her full potential in their business efforts, or in their personal life, period.

I ponder and question to myself. Do we, do I, limit ourselves and others, or allow ourselves to be limited, by maintaining a shallow attitude of mind and purpose? Are we so afraid of failure that we would rather not even try? Or is the cost of time and effort, to include mental effort, too much for us that we are not even willing to accept the challenge? Do we even take to heart the rewards that await us? Honestly asking oneself these questions takes courage and may be a very important first step. I am beginning to understand this and it motivates me to truly challenge myself.

Is this mindset the reason, we often can not grasp the glorious reality of God’s eternal kingdom and His call to us, yes, even His call to reign with Him?

What does it mean to reign? Of course we all know the meaning in the sense of a ruler or governing body, but it also means to be predominant or prevail. We must indeed first learn to reign. Our greatest and most rewarding victory is the taming of our own selves in all uprightness, in and for Him. My experience is that this is indeed a mighty conquest! When we have learned this secret, it is not difficult to imagine leading and guiding others in the same way, as we have been taught ourselves. We couldn’t have a better coach than Jesus, Himself.

This being my foundation, my standard of measure, and my hope itself, I am eager to build upon this to become successful personally, spiritually, and of course, in my own, new business with the hope that it will serve to Christ’s glory. I am confident that your teaching tools will also assist me upon the way.

I feel deeply honored to be free to be able to print such a blog as this. Thank you for challenging me to express some thoughts. As I prayerfully deliberated what I would write, these thoughts became predominant in my heart.

Hi there, thanks for spending a little time with me. I have been “working on the Internet” off and on for a number of years and just want to share a few experiences with you, and I very much hope that you will find something here that will be of benefit to YOUR future success.

You know what they say, mistakes are great !

b) as long as you don´t fall into the same trap twice,

Wise folks find it cheaper to learn from other peoples mistakes!

Ok, the most important thing I have learned is that the Internet Home Business, needs to be treated just like any other business. That means you need to think everything through very carefully before you even get started. I don´t know how many “oppertunities” I have joined “pre launch” “get in at the Top” “leaders launch” etc etc… with the hope of getting more spill over and somehow learning the ropes on the way. Now I want to let you into a little secret here… if you don´t know what you are doing, if you don´t have established marketing instruments, a big list of prospects, a good mentor , and proven advertising resources… the only big thing about the launch for you will be the disappointment! Don`t believe me? Go try it… you´ll find a couple of dozen chances to make this mistake right now in your spam folder!

The first big thing to learn, is that if you want to set up a Homebased Business , it is not the oppertunity that is important.

What is important?

First off, you need the right sponsor! Now this is probably the hardest thing to find. Why, because basically there are two types of Marketers out there. There are the famous 97% of people who notoriously fail in the HBB Industry… goes without saying that this type of person , even with good intentions isn´t going to be able to teach you the way to the top.

The second type you will quickly find is the “Internet Guru” the millionare who has made it and wants to give you his “Secrets”. Well sorry to disappoint you, this guru is going to be even more useless to you than the first type! Why you ask? Well its simple, the only secret this guru has, is that he has amassed a list of all the 97% mentioned above . All he has to do to make a few extra thousand bucks pocket money , is to send out a nice little hyp email to his list of pet suckers. Been there ? Done that ? Don´t… its an expensive lesson.

Ok so what do we need to look for in a good sponsor.

1) Are they accessible to me on a one to one basis? Can I get them on the phone? Or even better do they show enough interest in me for them to call me and find out what I need? Skype is a great option for International Business I can talk or chat with “my” people in the USA or Australia without worrying about phone expenses.

2) Are they successfully building their business with methods that will work for me? So ask your potential sponsor/ mentor what he will be teaching you. Ask about extra costs involved, with marketing the opportunity, eg. webpages, leads, autoresponders etc etc.

3) Do you have similar goals? If you want to be a millionaire… find one to teach you how to get there… if you would be happy to be just earning a full time income through your new business.. find someone who has reached that goal…

If you follow this guide and think everything though carefully before you whip out that credit card again , you have laid a great foundation to your success!

You will need to thoroughly research every opportunity you consider. Common sense and skepticism will only take you so far. Some online businesses look very legitimate until you dig deeply and uncover the skeletons in their closet. Give your Internet searching abilities a real workout. You need to gather all the information possible before choosing the right opportunity.

Keep great notes that you can review again and again. Using a spreadsheet or word processing program is ideal, but of course pen and paper still work just as well. For every online business opportunity you consider, make notes with information you receive from your research. Using a spreadsheet or word processing program makes it very simple. You can copy and paste in the information you find. Then if you decide against a particular business opportunity, simply delete it. If you use pen and paper, it would be advisable to use separate sheets of paper for each opportunity you consider. It would be much easier to throw away one sheet of paper than mark out information for the ones you decide not to use.

Internet searches can take you only so far in your quest for that great business opportunity. You need a few more sets of eyes to look it over for you. That’s where online communities come in handy. Before you even begin your search, join at least four online communities or forums. You can find an immeasurable wealth of information from other people who are also looking for online business opportunities.

Steps to finding an online business opportunity:

1. Look at your lifestyle and decide what you would like to do. If you don’t enjoy your online business, you will not be successful with it. Always look for something enjoyable that you can make money with.
2. Make a list of all potential opportunities that catch your attention. Put your common sense, skepticism and research abilities to good use. Ask questions, take notes and always stay on your toes looking for new business ideas.
3. Don’t buy in to a business impulsively. Many online business scams look for your weaknesses and prey on them. Do your research! Impulse buying and falling prey to temptation will not help you build your business.
4. Don’t confuse an online business opportunity with a job. With a job, you can put in minimal effort and still get paid. With a business, you are solely responsible for the success or failure. If you plan a successful business, you will have a better chance at achieving that goal.

Cystic Fibrosis (CF) is a life-shorting, inherited disorder that affects the way in which salt and water moves into and out of the body’s cells. The most important effects of this problem are in the lungs and the digestive system (especially the pancreas), where thick mucus blocks the small tubes and ducts. The lung problem can lead to progressive blockage, infection, and lung damage, while the pancreatic blockage causes poor digestion and poor absorption of food, leading to poor growth and under-nutrition. The sweat glands are also affected, in that they make a much saltier sweat than normal. Anyone has probably heard about the sweat test used to diagnose CF. Most parts of the body that makes mucus are also affected, including the reproductive tract in men and women with CF.

Cystic Fibrosis is an inherited disorder that is present from birth, although signs and symptoms of it may not show up for weeks, months, or even years after birth. Although it is inherited, the parents of a child with CF do not have CF, and most often there is no history of it in the family. We all have two CF gens that determine whether or not we have CF. Both of these CF genes need to be abnormal for us to have CF, and CF is inherited by receiving one abnormal CF gene from each parent. Each parent usually has only one abnormal CF gene, and thus has no sign of CF at all. Cystic Fibrosis is very common among white people, and is the most commonly inherited profoundly life-shorting disease, affecting 1 in every 2500 live babies born. One in 25 people carry a mutation of the CF gene. CF is not caused by anything the parents did —– or did not do —- during the pregnancy. You cannot “catch” CF:, it is not contagious.

There are several important factors that explain the tremendous improvement, and that explain why the outlook continues to improve almost year by year. First CF is a newly recognized disease. (It is not a new disease, but is a newly recognized disease.) It was not until 1938 that Dr.Dorothy Andersen wrote the first medical paper describing a number of children who had died with digestive problems and lung problems. She was the first to recognize that this was not just a coincidence, but represented a single disease, which she called “cystic fibrosis of the pancreas,” because the children she examined after they died all had cysts ( fluid-filled sacs) and scar tissue (fibrosis) replacing almost all the normal tissue of their pancreas. The name has been shorted to Cystic Fibrosis.

In the last 40 years, many new antibiotics have become available, making treatment more affective.The point here is that the medical world has good comprehensive treatment programs for patients with CF for only a little more then 40 years.

Certainly, while an average survival to age of 32 years reflects a tremendous improvement, it is not something to be satisfied with; but this situation is continually improving.

The situation is similar to that of diabetes. It is know that people get sick with diabetes because they don’t have enough insulin to control their blood sugar. These people can lead normal lives by taking daily insulin shots, but they still have diabetes and will have it until scientists discover and eliminate the cause of inadequate insulin production.

Although it is impossible to predict when medical research will provide the answers needed to “control” CF, the CF Foundation approaches the future with an increasing sense of optimism, challenge, and vigor. The steadfast support for research efforts to understand CF and to develop therapies will further improve the lives of individuals with CF.This strategy will continue to stimulate innovative research and to involve outstanding scientists in the expanding realm of CF science.

I have prayed daily that the scientists come up with a break through and continue doing so for my Grandson.
